Advanced Acceleration Concepts, Laser Acceleration in Photonic Crystal Structures, Plasma Wakefield Acceleration, Longitudinal Phase Space Manipulation, Photoinjector Dynamics, Beam Diagnostic Techniques.

 

  • Beam-driven excitation of TM modes in photonic crystal accelerator structures.
  • Generation of ramped bunch profiles for plasma wakefield accelerator applications.
  • Design and demonstration of X-band deflecting cavity for sub-ps bunch profile measurement.
