How-To Exchange Single or Multiple Files(Download/Upload)
Note: Multiple files or folders can be downloaded or uploaded using Internet Explorer web browser

Less than 120 MB per file. For files >120 MB, first zip/compress the files before upload.
For multiple files, you can also zip/compress the files for easier upload and download.No limit on space or deadline to pick up.

Anonymous FTP dropbox
Space is limited to 1 GB, files need to be picked up within a few days or this space will be cleaned up
1) For LODCM to upload files via anonymous FTP Using an FTP application, go to host: fpt.slac.stanford.edu log in with username: anonymous password: (use your e-mail address)
After LODCM is logged in, navigate to /incoming/LCLS/xfd/LODCM_Dropbox upload files here. This is a blind dropbox, you will not be able to see files that you have uploaded.
2) For SLAC to pick up files from anonymous FTPUse a secure File Transfer program such as WinSCP.
Login with your SLAC Unix account.
Navigate to /afs/slac.public/incoming/LCLS/xfd/LODCM_Dropbox
Copy the files.
If you use anonymous FTP, you will see the files but not be able to open or copy them.You need to copy the files within a few days, or else this area will be cleaned up.
